About the State Health Resource Centre: The SHRC is an autonomous institution (Society) set-up
in  year  2002  as  a  Technical  Support  Agency  for  the  Department  of  Health  and  Family  Welfare,
Chhattisgarh. SHRC has a staff-strength of around 50 professionals who provide technical advice to
Government on a number of Health Sector Reform initiatives and coordinate the Mitanin Programme,
one of the most successful Community Health Worker programmes in the country.

About  the  post:  The  SHRC  is  looking  for  dynamic  persons  willing  to  work  under  challenging
conditions for supporting implementation of NRHM programs, Public Private Partnership monitoring,
quality  improvement  initiative,  operational  research  projects  and  day-to-day  technical  assistance
services to the technical units in National Rural Health Mission Chhattisgarh. The incumbents would
be contracted by the SHRC but may be required to belocated with the technical units in the NRHM.

Eligibility and qualifications

These  are  entry  level  positions for  graduates  in  any  discipline (arts,  science,  commerce,  medicine,
AYUSH, allied health sciences etc.) having:
• PG Diploma in Hospital and Health Management fromIIHMR / ASCI OR
• Master’s degree in Public Health / Health Administration / Hospital Administration from TISS
OR
• MBA in Hospital and Health Care from Symbiosis OR
• Master’s degree in Health and Hospital Managementfrom Jamia Hamdard University OR
• Equivalent qualification from other AICTE recognized institutions.
Other requirements include the following:
• Proficiency in English and Hindi languages
• Well versed with Computer application
• Willingness to travel extensively across the Statewhich may involve spending at least 10-15
days in the field.

Note: Persons undergoing internship can also apply but they will have to submit proof of qualification
within 6 months of joining.

Salary:  

The position carries a consolidated fee of Rs 25,000/- per month plus allowances as per
Organization norms. Higher monthly fee may be considered for persons with post qualification
experience.
